You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Amerigo Tours for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (example: you received an incorrect or defective item).

Sale items are exchangeable only if received in perfect condition within 30 days. Due to health regulations and certain product value restrictions, the following are a FINAL SALE: headwear and Infant apparel.

If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it, either for the same or different item, please call customer service at 1-866-381-8687 to request a replacement.
